The Opportunity of Anger

Snap. 

I rage

I roil 

I am red with flaming rage!

Breath

Breathe

Awareness

Center

Ah -

I see you

Anger, you are attempting to snag my attention 

Breathe

Shoulders drop

I relax

I go within

I ask you -

What are you trying to tell me?

Breath 

Settled in my body 

Deep knowing

Deep peace

Enlightenment 

That’s right -

Thank you

Thank you, rage

Thank you for boiling so rapidly 

Thanks for ensnaring my conscious awareness 

Thank you for illuminating where I’m not yet expanded into what I truly want here 

I breathe

Re-center

The water’s surface is clear as glass

I smile

Yes, yes. I am crystal clear on my desire here! 

Watch with awe as I alchemize matter

Watch as I march confidently and clearly toward my future 

Knowing all I desire awaits me
